This is key in establishing a sustainable and deliverable project proposal,  that meet future demand and operational objectives, whilst maintaining a high specification that is delivered on time and within budget.

We have an experienced management team who are recognised and respected by the institutions, industry experts and other property professionals in the sector.

From 2006 Alumno have secured several complex and detailed planning decisions  for student accommodation sites throughout the UK including London, Birmingham and Bristol totalling approximately 2000 bed spaces. This has been done against an ever changing backdrop in legislation and regulations.

Alumno has extensive experience of delivering challenging projects within the education sector and understands the approach required to find creative solutions, delivering developments of the highest quality and making the most of the opportunities that exist. We focus on maximising the potential to deliver desirable and stimulating environments for student living.

Alumno, previously known as British Health Enterprise, also works within specialist areas of the healthcare sector and its management team has extensive experience which spans over a twenty-year period in both the public and private sectors.
