Dumbarton Road

Alumno Developments Ltd has submitted a planning application to Glasgow City Council for a mixed use redevelopment of the site at 235-241 Dumbarton Road. The site is currently a Comet store which Alumno propose to redevelop into a 174 student bedroom scheme with a 400m2 retail unit of the ground floor. Given the site’s central location within Glasgow’s West End which is within easy walking distance of the University of Glasgow, Alumno see this as an ideal opportunity for the delivery of high-quality student accommodation scheme.
